Although non-IU programs may be more expensive and offer fewer financial aid options, they are sometimes ideal for students who do not meet eligibility requirements for IU programs or want to study in a location that is not offered through an IU program. Participants must apply for transfer credits after the program’s completion, and grades received in non-IU programs will not calculate into a student’s GPA.
