On Nov. 11, 2024, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Indiana Memorial Union Alumni Hall, the Office of Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’s Overseas Studies and Scholarship Program, in collaboration with campus partners, will hold this year’s Study Abroad Fair during IU's International Education Week (#IEW).
Passport Caravan Program Opens World of Opportunities for Students
The Office of the Vice President for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (OVPDEI) and the Overseas Studies & Scholarship Program (OSSP) are committed to breaking down these barriers. 25 IU Students Receive Gilman Scholarships
25 IU students have been awarded with a Gilman Scholarship for the March 2022 round of applications with an awards total of $109,000. Award recipients are chosen by a competitive selection process and must use the award to defray eligible study or intern abroad costs. These costs include program tuition, room and board, books, local transportation, insurance, international airfare, passport and visa fees.

The OVPDEI Overseas Studies and Scholarship Program hosted its third study abroad photo contest to capture photos that represent students' international experiences through students' lenses. 2019 OVPDEI Study Abroad Photo Contest
The OVPDEI Overseas Studies and Scholarship Program hosted its its second study abroad photo contest to capture photos that represent students’ international experiences through students’ lenses. The contest stayed open for five weeks and received over 129 submissions. Thank you to all students who submitted their photos.
